Terms of Use

1. Access

Elyps is for users aged 18 or over. Users provide accurate information, protect credentials and report unauthorized access. Accounts are personal except where a coach feature expressly permits otherwise.

2. Permitted use

• Plan personal races or those of athletes who authorized the coach.
• Import only GPX files and data the user may lawfully use.
• Respect organizers, mapping providers, third-party platforms and other users.

3. Prohibited use

• Bypass security, disrupt the service, mass-extract data or automate unauthorized access.
• Upload unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing content.
• Resell, copy or reverse-engineer the service except where law permits.
• Treat estimates as medical advice or a replacement for official race instructions.

4. User content

Users retain rights in their content and grant Osium Tech LLC a limited license to host, process, back up and display it to provide Elyps. Users may delete races or request account deletion subject to legal duties.

5. Estimates

Distance, elevation, time, pace, technicality, weather, nutrition, hydration and heart-rate zones are estimates based on available data. Users must review and adapt them to their situation, training and official information.

6. Third parties

Mapbox, OpenStreetMap/Overpass, Open-Meteo, Stripe, UTMB, ITRA and Betrail are independent. Their availability, accuracy and terms may change. Users must not provide their platform passwords to Elyps unless an official authorization flow is provided.

7. Suspension

Elyps may limit or suspend accounts for security risks, fraud, serious breaches or legal obligations, with notice and an opportunity to challenge where circumstances permit.

8. Health and safety

Use is also subject to the Health and Safety Notice. Users experiencing doubt, pain or unusual symptoms must stop and seek medical or emergency assistance.
